About

The Most Effective Treatment to Reach Your Goals

When it comes to your healthcare, it’s about you.

We want to know what you want out of life, what your goals are, what you aspire to.

Additionally, you need to identify your limitations, your frustrations, and your hopes in overcoming them.

Armed with that information, we can develop a treatment plan that will provide you with the best possible care.

The Physical Therapists at Lifestrength keep abreast of the latest research findings and treatment techniques to be able to teach you how to make the changes needed to reach and even exceed your goals.

Your Lifestrength Physical Therapist will conduct a systematic physical evaluation, in which they review your medical history and examine your spine and extremities. Once your Physical Therapist makes a  determination of the problem, they will tailor a personal treatment plan to address your limitations and meet your goals. A report will be sent to your referring physician, outlining the findings of the examination and proposed course of treatment.

Because Lifestrength is committed to direct patient contact, your Physical Therapist emphasizes manual treatment of movement dysfunction, which has been proven to result in better outcomes and quicker return to sports and activities of daily living. Services include joint and soft tissue mobilization, range of motion, stretching or releasing techniques.

Your treatment may also include therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, functional activities, and use of heat, cold, ultrasound or electrical stimulation, and dry needling as needed.

Insurance Reimbursement

As a service to you, Lifestrength can bill your insurance company for reimbursement, or you may pay out-of-pocket at the time of service.
