Six Maryland-based Swimmers Make Olympic Team!

Congratulations to all of the Maryland-based and trained swimmers who are going to Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, in 2016!

 

Olympic Team Qualifers are as follows:

Jack Conger (NCAP) - 800 Free Relay

Chase Kalisz (NBAC) - 400 IM

Katie Ledecky (NCAP) - 200, 400, 800 Free

Michael Phelps (NBAC) - 200 Butterfly, 100 Butterfly, 200 IM

Cierra Runge (NBAC) - 4 x 200 Free Relay

Allison Schmitt (NBAC) - 4 x 200 Free Relay, 4 x 100 Free Relay



Paralympians are as follows:

Jessica Long (NBAC) - Events unannounced

Rebecca Meyers (NBAC) - Events unannounced



Maryland trained swimmers competing for foreign teams:

Tanja Kylliainen (LBA) - Competing for Finland - 200 IM, 400 IM

Anastasia Bogdanovski (NBAC/ Hopkins) Competing for Macedonia - 100, 200 Free
