Don’t let an injury prevent you from running

If you are a runner, we know you simply want to run.

Running is in your DNA, it clears your thoughts, it reduces your stress, and it makes you happy.

We understand you do not want to do a bunch of stretches or exercises in order to run.

Considering all of the possible factors that can cause problems when running can be overwhelming.

An internet search on “running injuries” will provide you with a staggering amount of choices.  Using those result, you will have to decipher whether you have the injury being described and if the “fix” will work for you.

Because of the overwhelming amount of information, you might be tempted to “run through the pain” rather than try to figure out why it is there.  Or worse yet, maybe you have tried to figure it out, but nothing has worked to fix it!

At Lifestrength Physical Therapy we can evaluate all of the potential contributing factors, identify which factors are relevant to you and which are not, and design a plan tailored to your specific needs that can return you to running as soon as possible with less risk of injury.
